The WPAOG Staff will cancel your room for you. We ask that you do not cancel them so that we, the Class of 1950, won’t owe the Thayer Hotel any fees for early cancellation. Please be patient as we go through this epidemic. Stay safe and healthy!

ACCOMODATIONS
We have 35 rooms reserved for our class at the Thayer. These rooms will be allocated to classmates and widows on a first come, first serve basis through April 17. Additional rooms will be available for family members is available. The rooms are $300 + tax. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-247-5047.
Accomodations for families and friends are available at nearby hotels. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn Harriman Woodbury Hotel ($179 + tax) about 20 minutes from West Point. Reservations can be made by calling 845-782-9600.
When calling to make reservations, please mention you are with the Class of 1950 reunion.
It does not appear there are enough people traveling from the DC area for bus transportation so attendees are asked to make there own travel arrangements.
At West Point, uses and cadet aides will be provided to take us to all events. Transportation busses will be provided at the Thayer to and from the scheduled events.
Those staying at off post facilities must provide their own transportation to the Thayer. Parking locations for autos TBD. Drivers who not having DOD cards will have to obtain a parking pass at the Visitor's Center.

We hope to see all classmates and their families at the reunion to pass on the legacy that our class has embraced so successfully.
It is recognized that age has touched us all and helped many of us to make friends with canes, crutches, walkers, and wheelchairs, but we can rejoice in taking one more step than we once thought possible.
Those requiring wheelchairs must provide their own.
We are working with the AOG on a detailed schedule.
